Services Provided
Lumexpay provides payment processing, cross-border transfers, and related financial services. We act as an intermediary between you and payment networks. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with our services, or use automated systems to access our platform without permission.
Fees and Charges
Our fee structure is transparent and clearly displayed before you complete any transaction. Fees may include transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and other applicable charges. We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days' notice to users.
Limitation of Liability
Lumexpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Additional Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Lumexpay or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The arbitration will be conducted in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, but you remain liable for any outstanding obligations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
