Terms of Service

By accessing and using Lumexpay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Lumexpay operates the OpenCredit platform, which computes a Trust Confidence Profile for MSMEs, small businesses, vendors, and agri-businesses from consented UPI, GST, and Account Aggregator data, and matches borrowers to cooperative banks, NBFCs, and merchant/scheduled banks. We are not a lender, a payment processor, or a party to any loan agreement — we provide the trust and matching layer between borrowers and lenders. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not use our services for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with our services, or use automated systems to access our platform without permission.

We do not charge MSME borrowers a fee to build or view their Trust Confidence Profile. Any commercial terms for lender partners are agreed separately and are not covered by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure for lender partners with 30 days' notice.

Lumexpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
